BLOOD left at the scene led to the arrest of a 20-year-old North Albury man.
Police will allege the man cut a boundary wire at Kelly Precision Engineering to enter the Ramsden Drive business in late September or early October.
Acting Inspector Paul Goodwin said when squeezing through the wire the young man allegedly cut himself.
Nothing was stolen during the incident.
Results of DNA testing on the blood was matched to the North Albury man, who is known to police.
He was arrested on Wednesday, refused bail and charged with malicious damage and entering enclosed lands.
